Top designated hitter options, many of these players have already been listed so we will focus on those who have not.

Milton Bradley (31) – Only his injuries held him back this season from what looked to be a true breakout season.
Pat Burrell (32) – Already mentioned.
Adam Dunn (29) - Already mentioned.
Cliff Floyd (36) - $2.75MM club option for ‘09 with a $0.25MM buyout - Already mentioned.
Jason Giambi (38) - $22MM club option for ‘09 with $5MM buyout - Already mentioned.
Vladimir Guerrero (33) - $15MM club option for ‘09 with a $3MM buyout - Already mentioned.
Raul Ibanez (37) - Already mentioned.
Manny Ramirez (37) - Already mentioned.
Juan Rivera (30) - Already mentioned.
Mike Sweeney (35) – Close to the end after being cut by Oakland. Sweeney has always been able to hit but conversely been unable to stay healthy. Spring training invite type player.
Frank Thomas (41) – Frank is also close to the end, but if he is willing to come cheaply there will be teams interested in his power.
Jose Vidro (34) – Vidro’s average fell off big time this year, and a one year deal may be all that he can get at his age.

Ugh, if Vidro finds a team I will be so mad.
